E-mail Marketing - How It Works 1. Build Your Email List The first step after signing up for our email marketing service is to build your list. Use contacts stored in Outlook and Outlook Express. Do you have a database of client information? We can use that as well. Get out those business cards and mailings. Contact your clients and get their updated information. 2. Gather Information Write the text and collect the pictures you wish to have in your first email marketing piece. Email or deliver the items to TurnKey Creations. Let us know any specific layout suggestions you have, such as which piece should be given more emphasis and what you wish the design to display to your readers. Also, let us know if there is a specific time the newsletter needs to go out to coincide with other mailings and advertisements. 3. Sit Back And Relax That's right, from here TurnKey Creations does all of the hard work. We will take your information, scan your pictures and send out a highly effective email marketing piece for you. After the piece has been sent we will send you updates on who is reading your email, which links they clicked on, your new subscribers and other things pertaining to your new adventure in email marketing! 4. Prepare For Your Next Email As these results come in we will help you establish what worked and what should be changed for your next marketing piece. Your list will need updating with the management of email bounces, new users and users who have opted out. TurnKey Creations will manage this list and confer with you on users who's emails bounced back. Pricing: 0 - 250 Subscribers: $8.95 per month 251 - 2,500 Subscribers: $19.95 per month 2,501 - 10,000 Subscribers: $49.95 per month 10,001 - 50,000 Subscribers: $139.95 per month The above fees are to add the email marketing service to your hosting plan through TurnKey Creations. All other time/costs associated with your setup, list setup, email campaign creation, management and reporting will be charged at an hourly fee of $35 an hour. These fee's are based on a year contract. This new service is only offered on current hosting plans such as the Windows Business Plan. Clients on older hosting plans will need to move to a new plan to begin the service. Often this cost is the same as your current hosting plan and will only involve a setup fee.
